Privacy Policy

Palatique is built privacy-first. We only process what is required to deliver AI photo enhancements. We do not sell, rent, trade, train external models on, or otherwise monetize your personal data or images.

• Account basics: Email address & hashed password (or auth provider identifier).
• Photos you upload: Held temporarily for processing, then scheduled for deletion. Enhanced results are stored only so you can redownload unless you delete them.
• Usage metadata: Non-identifying events (e.g. feature used, processing duration) to improve reliability. We do not track across sites.

• No selling or sharing of your data with advertisers or data brokers.
• No training of unrelated third‑party AI models on your private photos.
• No invasive tracking pixels or cross‑app behavioral profiling.

Images are processed via secure infrastructure. Originals are purged on a rolling schedule (typically within 24 hours) unless you explicitly save them. Processed outputs remain until you delete them or close your account.

We apply industry practices: encrypted transport (HTTPS), restricted access, principle of least privilege, and periodic key rotation. No system is perfectly secure— we will notify you of any legally required breach disclosures.

• Access or export your data.
• Delete individual photos or outputs anytime.
• Request full account deletion (erases associated personal data & stored images).
• Opt out of non-essential analytics (coming soon).

This service is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Material updates will be summarized at the top with a new revision date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
