These Terms govern your access to and use of Palatique (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Automated, abusive, or fraudulent usage is prohibited.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service solely for enhancing your own images for personal or professional profile use. Do not misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer, or resell outputs as a competing offering.

You retain all rights to images you upload and outputs we generate for you. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process those images strictly for delivering requested features. We do not sell or train unrelated third-party models on your content.

• Credits: Certain plans allocate processing credits. One enhancement operation typically consumes one credit (details may vary per feature).
• Rollover: Unless explicitly stated, unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle.
• Auto-Renewal: Plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

We aim for satisfaction. If you purchased a paid plan and have not used a substantial portion of your included credits (generally interpreted as less than 20% of the cycle allocation) you may request a prorated or full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once a substantial amount of credits are consumed, refunds are typically not granted except where required by law. Contact support@terminalhq.com with your account email and order reference.

• No illegal, harassing, hateful, or deceptive content.
• No impersonation or creation of misleading synthetic identities.
• No attempts to extract underlying models or circumvent quotas.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice where practical. We are not liable for outages, but we strive for high availability. Material changes to pricing or these Terms will be communicated.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers—your rights may vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palatique and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or legal requirements. Upon termination, processing licenses end and stored images scheduled for deletion.

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws where the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
